It's scary for people to discuss suicide openly. However, studies have shown that talking openly about suicide leads to more people seeking help for their mental health, which reduces the risk of suicide. We need to create supportive environments where individuals can share their unique experiences without feeling ashamed or broken.
Relapse is a common part of the journey for many people dealing with suicidal ideation. It takes courage to continue living each day, knowing that dark times won't last forever. By surrendering to the reality of our struggles, we can find hope in the knowledge that there are more joyous moments waiting for us.
