According to Buzzing Pop's Twitter account, a track called 'Fantasize' was uploaded to Spotify under the name 'Adriana Venti'.

The song is said to be an unreleased Ariana Grande demo that was never intended for an album.

Music Times reported that the 'Fantasize' leak garnered over 70,000 streams and reached the Philippines' Spotify Daily Top Songs before it was taken down.
