The vault, represented by a little blue icon that appeared when searching for "Taylor Swift", initiated the first puzzle by revealing a scrambled version of the upcoming album name. Fans would then unlock more puzzles as they entered their answers into the search bar.

However, some fans expressed frustration over their inability to participate or the large number of puzzle completions required. Google acknowledged the problems in a late-night post on X, assuring fans that the issues with the vault would be resolved soon. The company emphasized that despite the glitches, there were no blanks in the vault.
