According to Jess, they had encountered several challenges even before the cameras started rolling. They were running late, but a kind cameraman had come to their house to film. However, Norma, who was having trouble with her hearing, needed a hearing aid and an AirPod to follow the conversation with the presenters.

Moments before going live, someone told the cameraman to remove the hearing aid and use only the AirPod. This sudden change caused panic as Norma struggled to hear properly.
