Fans know and love Jennifer Lawrence’s street style for its quietly sophisticated, yet always polished looks, whether she’s walking the red carpet or the sidewalks of New York City. But that doesn’t mean the actor can’t also experiment with some fun (perhaps even slightly controversial?) footwear.

The Fuzzy Sandal

The Hunger Games alum recently stepped out in a rusty-orange iteration of the Row’s sold-out (and aptly named) Teddy Bear slides. She elevated the look with a rotation of pieces from the Row and Loewe, including black wide-leg pants and a pale yellow drawstring leather purse, respectively. She topped off the look with a slouchy beige turtleneck with fine ribbing details, as well as narrow shades with a mustard yellow rim.

Coordinated Minimalist Looks

Lawrence’s husband, art gallerist Cooke Maroney, joined her for the Sunday promenade in New York, where he coordinated with her in a beige and black palette. Maroney wore a white T-shirt layered underneath a crisp beige button-up, a pair of black tapered trousers, dark brown sneakers from Vans, and black sunglasses.

The couple often coordinate their minimalist looks while hanging out together in the city. In August, they matched in white tops, with Lawrence sporting an ivory vest styled with breezy black slacks while Maroney wore a white T-shirt with pleated navy trousers.

Later in the month, the couple headed out for a movie date night. Lawrence appeared at their local theater in a beige co-ord by Ciao Lucia, consisting of a breezy button-up with cream buttons and a loose empire waist dress with a black bodice. For his part, Maroney again wore a white T-shirt, a black button-up, black trousers, and Vans sneakers.
