Hannah Waddingham's Comment on Lewis Hamilton at F1 Grand Prix Attracts Attention
Hannah Waddingham caused quite a stir at the British Grand Prix by playfully alluding to driver Lewis Hamilton.
The renowned Ted Lasso actress was among the distinguished guests at the Sunday’s Silverstone race, where Max Verstappen emerged as the winner.
On-track Interview
During the action-laden event, retired driver and now presenter, David Coulthard, got a chance to interview Hannah for Channel 4’s coverage. She made a wittingly controversial comment which referenced one of F1’s biggest scandals of recent years.

"I hope I get to meet him and give him a little curtsy,” Hannah cheerfully added.
Debatable Championship Title
Lewis is, by the book, a seven-time champion, having been robbed his eighth title due to a contentious decision in the last race of 2021.

Hannah was amongst numerous celebrities, including Sam Ryder, the Eurovision host who famously came second at the song contest the previous year.
