Vodafone Boosts Connectivity at Major West End Tube Stations

Vodafone customers can now enjoy high-speed connectivity at two more Tube stations in London. Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road stations are the latest to offer Vodafone 4G and 5G services, allowing customers to stay connected using mobile data.

The introduction of Vodafone 5G and 4G at these stations means that customers can access mobile data in the ticket halls, on the Central line platforms, in the tunnel connecting the two stations, and on the Northern line platforms at Tottenham Court Road.

This expansion comes after Vodafone successfully introduced 5G at seven other locations, including Camden Town and Notting Hill Gate, and 4G at 18 other locations, including Westminster and Waterloo.

Vodafone's partnership with Transport for London (TfL) and Boldyn Networks ensures that all London Underground and Elizabeth line stations will eventually receive 4G coverage. The plan also includes the introduction of 5G connectivity at these stations in the future.
