Dhani Harrison Releases First LP in 6 Years 'INNERSTANDING'

Musician Dhani Harrison, the son of the late George Harrison from The Beatles, has dropped his latest album today, titled "INNERSTANDING". This record marks Harrison's comeback after a six-year hiatus. It is available on digital platforms now and will be released on vinyl on February 9.

To accompany the news, the Grammy Award-winning artist revealed that his new LP features collaborations with Blur's Graham Coxon, Liela Moss from The Duke Spirit, and Australian artist Mereki. Fans can enjoy Harrison's single "New Religion" below.

In a press statement, Harrison expressed, "Here we are in a new world and here is the new album that has come forth from it." He took charge of producing the album and teamed up with Paul Hicks, known for his work with The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, for co-mixing.

Harrison gained recognition in the music industry with his band thenewno2 before venturing into a successful solo career. His previous solo album, "IN///PARALLEL," received critical acclaim in 2017. Now, the 45-year-old British-born musician is back with his latest offering.

Aside from his own projects, Harrison has contributed to scoring movies and TV shows like HBO's The Case Against Adnan Syed. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with notable acts such as Wu-Tang Clan, Pearl Jam, Annie Lennox, and Regina Spektor.
