In the latest episode of the show, Lloyd shared her harrowing story of surviving abuse from a former boyfriend. She spoke about being in controlling relationships and enduring physical violence on a daily basis for three to four years. Lloyd admitted that she had started to believe the abuse was normal and that she deserved it.

After the abuse, Lloyd struggled with substance abuse and moved to London. However, with the support of her family, she sought help and underwent rehab to recover from her addiction. The training staff on Celebrity SAS were shocked by her story, commenting on her low self-esteem and expressing sympathy for her.

The episode also featured Love Islander Teddy Soares tackling Matt Hancock during a game of "murder ball." Additionally, Gareth Thomas, a former rugby player, was forced to leave the show due to injuries. Michelle Heaton and Melinda Messenger were also eliminated at the beginning of the episode.
