An iconic Australian pub featured in the film Crocodile Dundee is back on the market for £1.4 million. The Walkabout Creek Hotel, located in McKinlay in outback Queensland, is listed for sale and is priced lower than the median house price in 713 suburbs across Australia.

It is being marketed by VZ Real Estate agent Michael Verstandig on behalf of owners Frank and Debra Wust. The hotel is part of a larger business spread over three land parcels in McKinlay, and features a public bar, pool room, amenities, store room/office, kitchen and a veranda. Additional accommodation rooms, a caravan park, and unpowered campsites are also included.
