Finally free from Blockberry Creative, Chuu's career is already thriving thanks to her variety talent, but with her solo debut "Howl," she aims to prove her musical abilities. The pre-release track, "Underwater," was a predictable choice, often used by soloists to demonstrate their maturity and seriousness about music. Chuu was clearly focused on showcasing her vocal skills in this album.
