A recent survey conducted by LinkedIn and Censuswide reveals interesting insights into the impact of technology on work-life balance for Irish workers. The survey, conducted between 24 and 29 March 2023, involved 1,128 workers aged 18 and above in Ireland.

Positive Effects of Technology

According to 60% of the respondents, maintaining a healthy work-life balance has become easier now compared to the early 2000s. Among them, 43% attribute this improved balance to technology. They believe that tech tools have made it easier to complete their work within the designated hours, enabling flexible work practices.
