Previous Fine and Order
In a prior ruling, the judge had ordered Trump to delete a social media post about his clerk, stating concerns about the "current overheated climate" potentially causing harm. Trump failed to comply, resulting in a £5,000 fine.
Engoron emphasized, "I am very protective of my staff, as I should be. I don't want anybody harmed."
