The scene, set in Las Vegas, would have seen Chandler cheat on his wife Monica. Lisa Cash, who played a flight attendant in the episode, acknowledged that Perry's decision was probably for the best as it would have changed the course of the show.

In an interview with TMZ, Cash shared that Perry approached the writers, expressing concerns about the audience's reaction to his character cheating on Monica. She admitted that Perry was probably right, as this storyline could have significantly impacted the show and his character's trajectory. The revelation comes years after the filming of the episode.

Reflecting on her role and the scrapped scene, Cash admitted that it could have been a game-changer for her career. Although grateful for the alternate role as a flight attendant, she wondered how the original storyline would have influenced her trajectory in the industry. Cash currently has 18 acting credits, according to IMDB, but being part of such a pivotal Friends storyline could have granted her considerable notoriety.

Cash also spoke fondly of her experience working with Matthew Perry. She described him as likable, welcoming, and someone who made her feel at ease during their on-set rehearsals. Despite the scene's removal, she had fun working alongside Perry and admired his talent as an actor.
