The Huawei Eyewear 2 smart glasses have been unveiled ahead of its upcoming release in Europe. These wearable glasses come with built-in speakers, enabling users to enjoy music and make voice calls. Huawei introduced the Eyewear 2 at an event in Barcelona, along with other devices such as the Watch GT4 series, Freebuds Pro 3 earbuds, and MatePad 11.5 PaperMatte edition tablet. While there are limited details available about the smart glasses, it has been confirmed that they have a built-in speaker and can be controlled using touch gestures on the arm, similar to the older model. Additionally, the wearable offers triple noise cancellation technology for clear voice calls and impressive battery life, including up to eleven hours of music playback and nine hours of call time. Users can fully recharge the device in just 50 minutes, with a 10-minute charge providing three hours of use. The Huawei Eyewear 2 is compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows devices through Bluetooth connectivity.

The Huawei Eyewear 2 features a sleek titanium frame that weighs only 4.7g (~0.17 oz). Users also have the option of fitting Zeiss prescription lenses according to their needs. Additionally, these smart glasses have an IP54 water-resistant rating, making them suitable for everyday use, even in wet conditions. The Huawei Eyewear 2 is set to launch in the EU on October 18, with prices starting from £300.
