The Latest Google Pixel Update: Android 13 Still Going Strong
Google has just released its monthly update for supported Pixel devices, confirming that the latest version is still Android 13. Recent rumors suggesting a delay in the official stable release of Android 14 until next month seem to hold some truth after all.

Prior to this, it was widely anticipated that the final version of Android 14 would be launched in August, based on Google's timeline during the beta testing phase. However, the company unexpectedly added another beta release in August, followed by a number of bug fix updates. As a result, we find ourselves already in mid-September without the official release having happened yet.

Perhaps Google has indeed decided to delay the release until early October, which coincides with the announcement of their new devices.

The Details of the Update
The latest update, identified as build TQ3A.230901.001, is available for most devices, although certain regional or carrier variants may have a slightly different identification. Unlike the 'feature drops' that introduce new functionalities every three months, this update specifically focuses on bug fixes and security enhancements.
As with previous Google releases, it may take a few days or even longer for all supported devices to receive the update notification.
