Excitement for Rockstar's GTA 6 Reveal Is Taking Fans to New Heights
Is there any video game more anticipated than Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6)? Fans are eagerly awaiting a reveal from Rockstar, so much so that they're even finding clues in the moon. A promotional image for the GTA Online Moon Festival event has sparked a wild fan theory. The image, featuring two characters and the Vinewood sign, cleverly obscures the sign to reveal the letters "VI," which represents the number six in Roman numerals. This is the only part of the theory that makes sense.
The fan theory takes a turn from here. Twitter user @Dirty_Worka examined the moon in the image and claimed it as evidence of an impending reveal. They noticed that the moon in the picture matches the Waning Gibbous phase, where the lighted part of the moon decreases from 99.9% to 50.1%. Coincidentally, the real moon enters this phase on October 2. Could this be a hint?

Redditor ApprehensiveTop8927 goes even further and predicts that GTA 6 will be officially revealed on October 3—again, based on the moon itself. This theory suggests that Rockstar typically announces and releases its games on Tuesdays, specifically in October. How intriguing!
While this theory has faced some ridicule, the excitement among GTA fans is undeniable. Every move made by Rockstar is now being meticulously analyzed for any hidden hints regarding GTA 6. Even a seemingly innocent tweet promoting the Alpine Hat in GTA Online has become subject to scrutiny.

Rockstar will announce GTA 6 when it's ready, and with a speculated release date of 2024, it won't be long until the official tease begins. In the meantime, maybe it's a good idea for GTA fans to take a break from the screen and enjoy some real-life activities.
