Two passengers from Kelowna, Canada, have emerged victorious in a legal battle against Air Canada for a significant flight delay that stretched over 56 hours.

Dispute over the cause of the delay
The dispute centered around whether the delay was due to factors within Air Canada's control, as claimed by the passengers, or external circumstances beyond the carrier's control.
