Wilson, while speaking on her "Bitch Sesh" podcast, shared an incident where Allen indirectly communicated through a producer, asking her not to interrupt his lines. She recalled the producer's "horror" as he relayed the message.

This mode of communication contributed to a tense atmosphere on set, where "everybody was walking on eggshells" around Allen, according to Wilson.

Further expressing her discomfort, Wilson described Allen as very distant and unapproachably rude, never making eye contact or engaging with her outside of their scenes.

Wilson, who portrayed a homeowner in the Disney+ pilot episode, got involved in the project because of a producer friend and her children's love for the "Santa Clause" film series, where Allen leads.

She recalls an unpleasant scene exit performed by Allen, where he loudly announced his departure, dropped his Santa cape on the ground for others to pick up, and abruptly left the set.

Following the incident, Wilson mentioned that others on set claimed she saw Allen's temperament on a rather "good day".
