Turco made her TV debut as Dinah Chamberlain on the CBS soap opera "Guiding Light" in 1987, and from 1989 to 1991, she played Melanie 'Lanie' Cortlandt Rampal on the ABC soap opera "All My Children." In 1991, she starred as reporter April O'Neil in "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze," and she reprised her role in 1993's "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III."
