In 2010 Chelsea paid $6 million for a home above the Bel-Air Country Club in Los Angeles. The home is 5,572 square feet, with 6 bedrooms, and 7 bathrooms. The home features two family rooms. The den has a fireplace and flat screen TV, and glass panels that slide into the walls merging the room to the backyard. The kitchen has matte black counter tops, white cabinets, pantry and high-end appliances. There is a fully equipped exercise room in the home. The home features a heated 50-foot swimming pool with an attached spa, outdoor fireplace, outdoor terraces, and a built-in barbecue area with a flat-screen TV. She listed the home for sale in 2018 for $11.5 million. She did not find a buyer, so she pulled the home and re-listed it in January 2019 for $10.95 million. In March 2021, Chelsea accepted $10.4 million for this property.
In November 2021 Chelsea paid $5.8 million for a home in LA's Brentwood neighborhood. The seller was "Curb Your Enthusiasm" star Cheryl Hines.
