During the video, Katie asked Harvey who Dwight is, to which he responded with expletives about Peter Andre. It wasn't until Katie clarified that Peter is not Dwight when Harvey heartbreakingly called him "Daddy."

Despite her efforts, Katie admitted that Dwight doesn't want to see Harvey. She recounted a moment in her podcast where Dwight refused to be present during Harvey's birth and expressed his disinterest in being a part of Harvey's life.
